HOA Fees Due April 1

Following a comprehensive review of the 2019-20 budget, the SGHOA Board of Directors has approved $5.00 increase to the fees, to $65.00/year. This increase aligns with the increased scope of the maintenance program within our community. The HOA maintains our entrance at Sage Bluff Blvd (entry features, seasonal lights, sidewalk snow removal, etc.) and provides enhanced landscape maintenance in our central park (summer landscape maintenance, snow removal) and along our environment reserve pathway (snow removal, dog bag station maintenance). In 2020-21 the HOA will take on maintenance of the Sage Bluff Gate entrance (entry features, seasonal lights, sidewalk snow removal).

The 2019-20 Budget offers further clarification on the fees.

You can now receive your annual fee notice by email. To receive future notices electronically, please email your address and email address to info@symonsgate-connect.com.

As a property owner in the Community of Symons Gate, you are a member of the Symons Gate Homeowners Association (“SGHOA”). The SGHOA is a not-for-profit organization which manages assets owned by the Association and provides enhanced community maintenance for the benefit of Symons Gate residents. An encumbrance is registered on all property titles in Symons Gate in favour of your Association to ensure annual payments are provided in accordance with the Articles of Association. Membership applies to each and every property owner in Symons Gate.

1.     CREDIT CARD

-          Online at www.SymonsGate-connect.com (Click ‘Pay HOA Fees’).

-          Over the phone at (587) 393-7375.

-          Please note there is a $1.50 transaction fee to use the online and secure telephone payment system. The credit card payment system will be available from March 1st through June 30th only;  OR

2.     CHEQUE (please make your cheque payable to “Symons Gate Homeowners Association”)
